Tour VA Homes’ Response to COVID-19

Tour VA Homes' COVID-19 Protocols

We want to do our part to continue to service our clients while reducing the chances of spread of the virus in our community. We want to help maintain a safe working environment for our team as well as ensure the safety of our agents and the homeowners.

• Gear (cameras, tripod, flashes, tablets) are wiped down and sanitized after each photo shoot.
• Fresh Shoe covers at each house.
• Masks will be worn at all times.
• We request that the homeowners leave the property while the home is being photographed to ensure social distancing. We are fine if it is just agent and the photographer being in the location at the time of the shoot but everyone else should step out for a minimum on one hour. We can always enter the home on lockbox or SentriConnect if need be.
• We require the home to be “Open House Ready”. 1) Lights On 2) blinds/curtains adjusted 3) ceiling fan off 4) toilet seats down. We ask this to minimize touching anything in the home if at all possible.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation!
